Your currency, automatically
TINCAN shows amounts in your local currency based on your device’s region — no GPS, no location tracking — or pick any currency manually in Settings.
Import your history
Bring months of past transactions in from a CSV your bank or wallet app lets you download. TINCAN works out the date, amount and description columns by itself — in a wide range of languages, date styles and number formats — flags anything that looks like a duplicate, and shows you everything before a single entry is added. The file is read on your phone and never uploaded.
Auto-track from your alerts
Let TINCAN turn bank and payment notifications into entries for you. It reads the on-screen alert only — never your inbox, SMS or message history — and asks for no SMS permissions at all. Everything is processed on your phone, card and account numbers are stripped out, and each suggestion waits for your approval. Optional, and off by default.
